"I recently stayed at the Falls Hotel with my daughter for a weekend break. This was our second trip, having spent a couple of days there midweek in February. The rate available was fantastic. The warm welcome from each member of staff from housekeeping to waiting staff to the reception staff themselves made it a particularly pleasant experience. The room was beautiful, the layout of the dining room including views was gorgeous, the quality of the food was excellent, the leisure centre was pleasure to use. We are already looking forward to a third visit."

With reference to my recent stay in your hotel I wanted to say that I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed yet one felt that everything was being done in a very professional way. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the meal we had at the Brosnihan-Byrne wedding was outstanding. My compliments to all concerned in the running of the Falls Hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone intending to travel to Clare. I would love to go back for a few days in the future on a personal, relaxing stay.

"I would just like to send our thanks to you and your staff for the wonderful time we had staying in your hotel. We stayed from the 26/8 to 28/8 and wished it have been a longer stay. I do not normally contact a hotel after a stay but thought I should as I had read a few bad reviews on 'trip advisor' and was slightly apprehensive before our arrival. The setting of the hotel is magnificent, the hotel itself was excellent and the staff did all they could to ensure we had a relaxed stay, (I really enjoyed the hot stone massage!) and would hope to make a return trip as soon as possible. It also goes to show you can't believe all you read on the internet and I am really glad we ignored the comments."
