Each of our 140 bedrooms offers an ensuite bathroom and complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron, tea, herbal teas and coffee making facilities, TV, writing desk and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

Yes, all bedrooms in The Falls Hotel & Spa are completely non-smoking. We do have two designated outdoor smoking area outside of the building to accommodate guests who smoke. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who are found to be in breach of our no smoking policy.

Rooms are available from 4.00pm daily. If you wish to check in at an earlier time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate this. Check-out is at 12.00pm.

12. What is the hotels cancellation policy?
For any other rates other than Advance Purchase, your credit card secures your booking. For all other rates cancellation policy is by 4pm 48 hours/2 days prior to arrival to avoid incurring the first night’s charge on your card. Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable, non-transferrable.
13. What does the No-Show Policy entail?
Any No Show reservations will be charged the first nights’ accommodation in full.

The Cascades Restaurant is our main dining restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner daily. Our Dylan Thomas Bar is open daily from 11am for light bites, carvery lunch and evening meals.
